Aaron's Hail Repair is a door to door sales team with excellent advertising & marketing systems in place to acquire dozens or hundreds of insurance restoration work customers in a short time following a hail storm. Our team has brought in as many as 60 hail damaged cars in a single week before!
We use the Aaron's Hail Repair brand for the customer facing lead generation/sales process. We help the customers get their claim straightened out, then direct the customer to come to your shop.
Our experienced team of door knockers goes door to door canvassing, making contact with owners of hail damaged vehicles, and doing all the following up to get them scheduled. We make sure the customers are ready to drop off their vehicle for repairs.
Working with us is totally risk free and costs you nothing upfront. We pay for our salespeople's expenses, marketing materials, advertising, and all lead generation costs.
Customers come to your shop, where they bring their claim information and sign your DTP/repair authorization forms.
We will send you as many customers as you can handle for as long as you continue to pay on time and not push off customers until later.
$1000 is due as soon as the customer comes to your shop or drops off their vehicle. We will not send you any more customers until we receive payment. You or your shop representative are responsible to meet customers, deal with insurance, vehicle repairs, final delivery, etc...
$1000 is often much less than 20% of the profit after expenses which is what a lot of dent repair companies promise salespeople.
With the pay per customer model, you are getting a steady flow of new customers on autopilot while paying less on average than you would to a commission only salesperson.
Security & Trust
Having the security of money upfront for sending customers means salespeople can't get burned.
Not having to wait weeks or months for commissions means salespeople are more motivated and will bring in more cars.
As you know not all storms & markets are created equal.
We make no guarantees and that is also why there is zero upfront cost for you.
Our sales team has never done less than 50 cars in the month following a good hail storm.
Some of our biggest months we brought in over 200 cars in the month.
We immediately send you back our fee on that vehicle or use it as a credit for the next customer.
We immediately send you back our fee on that vehicle or use it as a credit for the next customer.
Unless you are giving people bad customer service or bad repairs we will plan on working exclusively with your shop for the duration of the storm. However, if you start dropping the ball on deals, customers will be redirected to other shops.
1) Your shop is unable to put customers in a rental
2) You push off multiple customers telling them to wait until later
3) You fail to pay us on time in full for any reason
We understand that sometimes not every customer makes sense to get in the shop immediately. Sometimes insurance companies take forever, rental vehicles are unavailable, or too expensive to justify paying for 2-3 weeks while waiting on insurance approval. Each case can be discussed individually to come to a fair agreement.
Hail repair is more competitive than ever in 2023 and so about 50% of deals that get pushed off until later are lost to other companies. When you consider over 100+ deals thats a large about of money lost by pushing customers off.
In our opinion it's better to pay a $1500+ rental bill on a high ticket car than push the vehicle off and lose the customer to another company.
In any given storm, there are 10+ other companies trying to snag all those customers that get pushed off. Plenty of companies will "get them in a rental right now".

I worked for 6 different hail repair companies in 4 years before starting my own. I've seen the good bad and ugly of this industry. Ultimately I enjoy selling not running a shop. I want to do what I do best which is D2D sales, and not deal with "the back end" of the business. I have a big sales team that is ready to follow me. Our business model is set up to minimize risk for salespeople, with fees appealing to owners who have cash to float sales commissions while waiting on insurance checks.
I can have my techs fix the cars and make 50%+ for managing it all, or I can broker the customers to you for $1000.
